Walldorf is a tech hub, and tech companies face a unique challenge when it comes to imagery: their work takes place on computer screens. If you simply photograph that scene as-is, you end up with images that all look the same. We take a different approach.
Business Photography in the Walldorf Area
Walldorf is SAP’s headquarters and one of Germany’s most important software hubs. The area surrounding the campus is home to IT consulting firms, system integrators, B2B service providers, and small and medium-sized businesses that thrive in this environment—as is the case in Wiesloch, Nußloch, St. Leon-Rot, and Sandhausen.
It takes about 35 minutes to get from the studio in Römerberg via the A5. We like to schedule office appointments in Walldorf in the morning so that several people can go through them in one block.
Profiles on LinkedIn
For consulting and software teams, the profile photo is often the first point of contact with a client. It needs to look professional without being stiff, and it should be consistent across the entire team—even if the photos are taken on different days. That’s why we work with a documented lighting setup that we can reproduce exactly for anyone who joins the shoot later.
We explain what matters for the result in the instructions LinkedIn profile photo In summary. We explain the difference between a headshot, a portrait, and a business photo under Headshot, portrait, business photo.
Events, Workshops, and Conferences
We provide coverage of customer events, internal workshops, and partner events: keynote speeches, the audience, conversations during breaks, and details of the setup. You’ll receive an initial selection of photos the same day or the next, so that social media and the press can use them while the topic is still timely.
Discretion is part of the job
In software companies, roadmaps hang on every wall and customer data is displayed on every monitor. Before the appointment, we clarify which areas are off-limits, pay close attention to screen content and whiteboards while taking photos, and provide retouched versions upon request. We sign NDAs without question.
The result is visual content you can use right away—for your website, career page, pitch deck, and press—with unlimited Usage Rights for your own communications.
From the initial inquiry to the finished image
You let us know what you need—a new website, a careers page, an event, or a pitch deck. We’ll get back to you within one business day with any questions we may have and a proposal: how many people, how much time, which room, and what visuals. This will be turned into a binding quote that’s finalized before the appointment.
On the day of the shoot, we’ll need a room measuring about three by four meters and an electrical outlet. Setup takes 20 to 30 minutes; after that, we’ll stick to the schedule. For portrait shoots, we estimate five to ten minutes per person, including arrival time. This means we can complete a team of 30 people in a single day.
Pricing and Budget Planning
Software companies plan on a quarterly basis, which is why we provide you with figures you can use for your own planning: a daily rate for the project, a clearly defined scope of work, and no additional licensing fees later on. The price ranges are listed under What does a business photographer cost?.
If you need photos on a regular basis—such as quarterly for new employees—we’ll set up recurring appointments. This is more cost-effective than planning from scratch each time and also ensures that the visual style remains consistent.
