Our studio is located in R\u00f6merberg in the Vorderpfalz region - between Speyer and Schifferstadt, just a few minutes from the A61 and the B9. Headshot, portrait and product shoots take place here - and we plan on-location appointments throughout the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Directions: From the A61 Speyer exit approx. 10 minutes.
From Mannheim\/Ludwigshafen via the B9 approx. 25 minutes.

Studio setup<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the studio we work with professional studio lighting<\/strong> (Hensel, Godox), Medium format and full format cameras<\/strong> (PhaseOne, Nikon) and a flexible background system. We have various backgrounds ranging from neutral white to anthracite and natural colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When is the studio worthwhile?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We invite customers to the studio when uniform headshots<\/strong>, Product shots<\/strong> or classic Application portraits<\/strong> are in demand. Even for small teams (up to 10 people), the studio is often the more efficient choice than on location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Region & Dates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From the studio in R\u00f6merberg we are less than 30 minutes away in Speyer<\/a>, Schifferstadt<\/a>, Ludwigshafen<\/a> and Mannheim<\/a>. Dates in Heidelberg<\/a>, Karlsruhe<\/a> or Walldorf<\/a> are easy to plan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Atmosphere and workflow in the studio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My studio in R\u00f6merberg is consciously Small and personal<\/strong> - No huge open-plan studio with waiting areas for 20 people. You come in, feel welcome, get a coffee and then we concentrate on working on your photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a Make-up area<\/strong> with a mirror and proper lighting (no operating room lighting), a clothes rack for spare outfits and an ironing room for final corrections. Most clients stay for 30-60 minutes - after that we typically have 20-40 pictures in the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studio backgrounds and setups<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As standard, we work with white, neutral gray and deep black background<\/strong>. I also have a Natural wood background<\/strong>, one Brick look<\/strong> and a natural-textured sandstone look<\/strong>. This covers almost all desired visual languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of lighting technology, we work with Hensel parabolic umbrellas and umbrellas from broncolor<\/strong> for classic headshots, Octa-Box<\/strong> for soft character images and Strip-Light + Brightener<\/strong> for classic 3-point set-ups. All of this is converted in 5 minutes - we can switch between several looks during an appointment without it taking long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking and availability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Studio appointments are usually Bookable 1-2 weeks in advance<\/strong>. In urgent cases, we often find a slot within 2-5 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer Individual appointments<\/strong> (60 minutes, ideal for 1-2 people), Half-day blocks<\/strong> (4 hours, ideal for 5-10 people) and Day shoots<\/strong> (8 hours, for whole teams). You are responsible for getting to the studio - free parking is available in front of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc My standard for image rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Schepers Photography you get the following as standard full rights of use<\/strong> to all images supplied - unlimited in time, unlimited geographically, for all your own media (website, social media, print, press relations, career, annual report). No extra charge, no small print. An exception only applies if, before the shoot otherwise agreed in writing<\/em> This happens very rarely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also a Copyright attribution is not mandatory<\/strong>. So you don't have to name me as the photographer if it doesn't fit the layout.
