What factors are included in an offer?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A photo shoot is made up of three components: Preparation<\/strong> (briefing, concept, approach), Shooting time<\/strong> on site and Post-processing<\/strong> of the images including selection, retouching and delivery. Depending on the project, the desired use of the image rights as well as special locations or special equipment are also included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Schepers Photography we only do individual offers<\/strong>. A short Request<\/a> with the reason, scope and intended use is enough for us to send you a clear, fair offer within one working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Typical occasions for which we photograph<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A compact appointment<\/strong> is suitable for a manageable number of employee portraits or a short reportage - usually a good start for SMEs. All-day appointments<\/strong> are ideal if several locations, a larger team or a comprehensive visual world is to be created. We clarify which option is right for you in a preliminary discussion - the result is always a customized offer<\/strong> without standard flat rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Day shoot<\/strong> (approx. 8 hours) covers more extensive projects: entire teams, several locations, combined portrait and reportage shots or industrial photography with several stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For ongoing image requirements we also offer Contingent or annual flat rates<\/strong> - ideal for companies that regularly need new images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What factors influence the price?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The offer is primarily geared towards Effort, number of images, image rights and location<\/strong>. A shoot in a workshop with safety rules takes longer than a portrait in the office. Images that are used for advertising campaigns with a wide reach actually cost more license than pure website images. The Approach<\/strong> plays a role: appointments in R\u00f6merberg, Speyer or Schifferstadt are cheaper than all-day trips to Baden-Baden or Homburg. We invoice journeys transparently and not with exaggerated flat rates per kilometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you should look out for when choosing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pay less attention to the supposedly cheapest offer and more to Experience, sample images and clarity in the offer<\/strong>. A good photographer will show you what you're getting beforehand and won't make any hidden extra charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When is a day shoot worthwhile, when a half-day?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The question is not only one of budget, but also of Efficiency for your team<\/strong>. A half-day shoot (around 4 hours) is suitable for 5-10 employee portraits, a compact reportage or a single advertising motif. We will be with you in the morning or afternoon, so the whole team can largely maintain their normal daily routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A day shoot (around 8 hours) is worthwhile if you several locations<\/strong> want to combine (workshop + office + outdoor area), if you more than 12 employees<\/strong> or if the reportage is to delve deep into everyday working life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my experience, day shoots have a clear advantage: the team gets used to the camera. The first pictures in the morning are often a little stiffer, the last ones in the afternoon much more relaxed. A half-day sometimes gives away this effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hidden costs? Not for me - these points are always included<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
